Admission Procedure

 

             1. The Completed application form with enclosures should be submitted to the College

 

            2. Students will be admitted to the first B.Tech /MCA course based on their performance in a Written Entrance  Examination as well as a Personal Interview to be conducted at the campus, as per the guidance of the Association of Linguistic Minority Colleges of Pondicherry State. The Examination will consist of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ’s) covering the subjects of Maths, Physics& Chemistry for B.Tech. The Date of the examination will be announced later.

 

            3. The Roll Numbers of the Candidates provisionally selected will be put on the notice board of the college.

 

            4. Detailed information regarding the Tuition fees, Special fees, Hostel Deposit, Transportation fee etc. will be intimated to the students after selection.

 

            5. Selected Candidates must pay fees by demand draft drawn in favour of the respective colleges payable at respective places as detailed in the admission letter on or before the date mentioned therein, failing which the selection will automatically stand cancelled.

 

 

       All the students should submit the following Certificates in Original at the time of admission.

 

  • Proof of Age Certificate

  • Nationality Certificate

  • Health Certificate

  • Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.

  • Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.

  • Statement of Marks of qualifying exams.

  • Caste Certificate

  • Recent color Passport size photos 6 Nos.

 

 

       Candidates are provisionally admitted and such admission will be subject to confirmation by the Pondicherry University.

 

            6. Candidates who are found to have obtained admission by false representation or by production of forged certificates will be summarily dismissed with forfeiture of all fees, etc., Paid.

 

            7. Payment of fees/ Refund policy: Tuition and other prescribed fees should be paid on or before the stipulated

 

            8. Caution Deposit/ Hostel deposit paid during the admission will be refunded only after the completion of the course, after deduction claims of any.

 

            9. All disputes subject to Pondicherry Jurisdiction only.

 

  • Any amount paid towards tuition fees, admission fees and any other will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Transfer/Adjustment of fees from one institution to another institution is not permitted by the management.

  • Students dismissed on disciplinary grounds will forfeit their entire Fees etc.

 

            Amount paid towards Tuition fees, Admission Fees or Any other fees will not be refunded even if the student does not attend the class/ leaving after attending the class for short time or under any circumstances. Students / Parents are advised to remit any money only after accepting the above condition and claim for any refund of any sort will not be entertained.
